Job Overview:
As an Account Executive at API Nation, you will be a dedicated point of contact for customers as they evaluate and purchase API Nation’s integration solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through compelling product demonstrations over Zoom, showcasing how our platform can transform and automate their business processes. Your success will come from helping teams and organizations realize the full potential of our integration services, inspiring them with automation use cases relevant to their roles, and supporting them throughout their procurement and decision-making process. Ultimately, you’ll be driving the adoption and expansion of API Nation’s offerings as the key sales touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the value of API Nation’s integration solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to provide feedback to the product and marketing teams.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure successful integration and long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiar with software integration technologies and able to discuss technical API services.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver impactful software demos and simplify complex solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for helping businesses grow through technology.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Knowledge of the real estate industry, working with brokers, teams, and their technology.
