File documents are added, uploaded, or updated in your loops are automatically synced to your Dropbox. This helps you make a backup of all the loop’s related documents in Dropbox. The sync will create a separate folder with loop’s name and then copy and organize the files within it as they are arranged in loops. Including all the subfolders and documents within them. Updated files are automatically updated in your Dropbox.
How does it work?

Setting up dotloop and Dropbox sync

Step 1
Click on Dropbox Sync
Step 2
Click on Connect dotloop and log into to your dotloop account. When you see a message to authorize API Nation to connect to your dotloop account, click APPROVE.
Step 3
Click on Connect Dropbox and authorize access to your Dropbox account. If you already use API Nation to sync your Dropbox, you can re-use your existing Dropbox connection.
Step 4
Review settings, and select the folder in your Dropbox account where to sync the backup files. In the example below, I created a folder named “dotloop backup”. A separate subfolder for each loop will be created there. When you happy with the settings, click “Start Sync”
